CERRO GRANDE - EQUESTRIAN CENTER

Cerro Grande Equestrian Center (Combined Training Farm) is located within the gated development of Cerro Grande Estates. A variety of horse breeds and riding disciplines are welcome and comfortably stabled at Cerro Grande.

The Combined Training Farm offers boarding, lessons and training with links to miles of trails and roads in the surrounding area. The dressage ring is a full 30 by 70 meters (97.5 ft x 227.5 ft) and is set in a quiet area of the farm. The ring is surrounded by old growth trees and features a comfortable shaded viewing area on one side and grassy slope on the other.

A short path through the trees from the ring leads right to our jumping field. The jumping field features jumps suitable for all levels. In addition to the jumping field there is a series of trails through-out the farm designed to include several natural obstacles and jumps for those who enjoy event style riding.

Trail riding is available year round and residents and riders of Cerro Grande Combined Training Farm can take advantage of the acres of open space and country roads that lead to the numerous typical Costa Rican towns that border the development.

Cerro Grande Combined Training Farm provides the perfect setting whether you prefer English or Western style riding. Our open stalls, grassy paddocks, varied terrain, trails, outdoor jumping area and dressage ring along with professional lessons and kids programs provide everything you need for the ultimate riding experience.
